Avocado oil contains a high level of calories and essential fats which are very beneficial for a proper nutrition and hydration of the skin. Its regenerative and protective properties make it am ideal vegetable oil for treating dry skin and chapped hands. Besides the aesthetic benefits we can also highlight its antioxidant properties and high vitamin E, A, fatty acids and proteins among others, all of which are very beneficial for our body. You can add it to your bath and let it act on your skin during a relaxing bath. Preparing it at home is very easy.


  • 12 Avocados


  1. Wash the avocados and cut into 2-equal halves.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out the fruit of the avocado and blend till it forms a paste.
  3. Place the blended Avodaco in a pot and cook on medium heat, stirring every 5mins. 
  4. Cook until the avocado changes from a light green to a dark green or brown and the water has evaporated.
  5. Place a clean, cheese cloth around the rim of a bowl.
  6. Turn in the cooked mixture and pinch the corners of the cloth together so that you are left the cloth of avocado.
  7. Squeeze to strain the cloth of avocado over a bowl to strain out the oil. 
  8. Squeeze till no oil comes again.
  9. Pour the oil in a container.
  10. Your avocado oil is ready for use.
